I had a fantastic experience at the Ramada Downtown Dubai. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The staff, particularly Mr. Shahzad Khan and Akbar, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and fountain shows at night. However, I wish the dining options were a bit more extensive and varied.

I enjoyed my stay at Ramada By Wyndham Downtown Dubai, especially the stunning views of the fountains and Burj Khalifa. The spacious room was comfortable, and I appreciated the excellent housekeeping services. However, the strong oud rose scent in the lobby was overwhelming at times and affected my comfort level, which was a downside to an otherwise lovely experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ramada Downtown Dubai! The views from my Junior Suite of the Burj Khalifa and fountains were simply amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, though I did have a few hiccups with the room's location on a smoking floor despite booking a non-smoking room. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location near the Dubai Mall.
